The 1995-96 Newcastle United F.C. away shirt by Asics was worn during Newcastle United’s Premier League campaign. This shirt was worn as Newcastle came agonisingly close to winning the Premier League title, finishing as runners-up after leading the table for much of the season under Kevin Keegan, with stars including Les Ferdinand, David Ginola and Peter Beardsley.
