By placing an order with Retro Shirts Store you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
Unofficial merchandise
Retro Shirts Store is an independent, unofficial retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any way to any football club, league, federation, or kit manufacturer referenced on this site. Club names, crests, colours, and eras are used descriptively to help customers identify products and do not imply any official licence, partnership, or approval. Any name or squad number printed onto a product is added by us at the customer's request and is not licensed merchandise.
Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are shown in your selected currency and are confirmed at checkout, including any printing or badge surcharges. We accept payment by card and PayPal at launch. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a product is unexpectedly unavailable or a pricing error occurred.
Prohibited use
You may not use this site to resell or misrepresent our products as official, licensed, or endorsed club merchandise; to submit fraudulent orders or payment details; to scrape, crawl, or automate access to the site outside of our published product feed and sitemap; or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that violate these terms.
Liability
We aim for every order to arrive as described and on time, but our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
