Shipping

Delivery is free on every order, to every country we ship to, with no minimum and no threshold to reach. Orders are dispatched in 1–2 days and typically take 3–4 days in transit. The figures for your address are confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Customs duties or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the checkout total. There are no delivery fees added after checkout — there is no delivery fee at all.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you are sending a shirt back, and the parcel has to be on its way inside that same period — not merely requested inside it. No reason is required. Contact us with your order number before sending anything back, so the parcel arrives with something to match it to.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the shirt reaching us. On a change of mind you pay the return carriage; where a shirt turns out not to match its description, we do. A shirt that comes back in worse condition than it went out is still a return — the refund simply carries the cost of the difference.

There are no size exchanges. Every listing is a single second-hand garment, so there is no second unit of the same shirt to send out in its place. A different size is a separate purchase, if one exists at all.

Where your local consumer law gives you more than this — a statutory right of withdrawal, a longer window — that law applies in full and nothing on this page reduces it.
